How the Chat Works

  1. Click on the chat icon at the bottom right of the page.
  2. Enter your name and email address (optional, for follow-up replies).
  3. Describe your issue briefly and clearly.
  4. Our support team will respond directly in the chat window.

If the chat is currently unavailable, you can leave a message in the same window, and it will be forwarded automatically to our support team.

Notes & Privacy

  • The chat is used exclusively for customer support on www.Tuwas.ch.
  • Please do not share confidential information such as passwords, payment details, or personal documents in the chat.
  • All chat messages are treated confidentially in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG).
